2010年7月1日,国家发改委发出通知,要求对部分药品开展出厂价格专项调查。此次调查范围是新进入国家医保目录的药品,以及部分已规定最高零售限价的药品,共涉及900多家生产企业,近900个品种。调查工作由国家发改委药品价格评审中心统一组织,将通过实地查阅财务帐目和原始销售凭证等方式,获取药品实际出厂价格及生产企业财务经营状况等基础信息。国家发改委要求各地及相关生产企业积极配合,对于不配合调查,拒报、虚报、瞒报相关信息的生产企业将依法予以查处。
On July 1, 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a circular calling for a special survey of ex-factory prices on some pharmaceutical products. The scope of the survey is that of newly listed drugs in the national health insurance catalog, as well as some of the medicines that have set the maximum retail price, involving a total of 900 manufacturing enterprises and nearly 900 varieties. The investigation will be organized by the NDRC Drug Price Evaluation Center and will obtain basic information such as the actual ex-factory price of the drug and the financial operation status of the manufacturing enterprise through the field inspection of financial accounts and original sales vouchers. NDRC requires all localities and relevant manufacturing enterprises to actively cooperate with manufacturers that do not cooperate with investigations, refusals, false reports or concealment of relevant information and will investigate and punish them according to law.
