本文报告10例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)的临床病理学研究,从白血病原始细胞的形态学、细胞化学及超微结构等方面均极相似,似乎构成一种 ANLL 的亚型。常规血液及骨髓涂片:发现原始细胞的体积较大(18~25μ);胞浆丰富呈兰灰色,具有细小空泡及大量散在的嗜亚尼兰颗粒,未发现 Auer 小体,偶见胞浆伸长;核呈圆形或卵圆形,居中或偏心,染色质呈网状,通常见1~4个浅兰色的核仁。细胞化学方面:原始细胞非特异性脂酶(NSE)呈强阳性,经氟化钠孵育时,10例中有9例酶的活性完全被抑制,仅1例从强阳性降至弱阳性;酸性磷酸酶除1例因髓片已贮存8年而呈阴性反应
