《VGB导则:真空状态下空冷凝汽器的验收试验测量和运行监控》是火电厂空冷凝汽器验收试验标准。该标准采用参数置换的方法,将空冷凝汽器验收过程空气出口参数用其他参数替换,使空气出口温度与流量不易检测的困难得以解决。文章对参数置换的过程进行了推演解析,并对主要替换以及假设产生的误差进行了分析。
VGB Guideline: Acceptance Test Measurement and Operation Monitoring of Air-Cooled Condensers Under Vacuum "is the acceptance test standard for air-cooled condenser in thermal power plants. The standard method of parameter replacement, the air-cooled condenser acceptance process of air outlet parameters replaced with other parameters, the air outlet temperature and flow difficult to detect difficult to be resolved. In this paper, the process of parametric substitution was deduced and analyzed, and the errors of main substitution and assumptions were analyzed.
