以波度密封为例,建立了考虑静环倾斜时流体动压型机械密封的流固耦合三维性能分析模型,研究了静环倾斜量、密封环弹性变形对端面压强分布、密封性能的影响规律;同时改变结构参数和操作参数,研究其对端面弹性变形的影响规律。结果表明:弹性变形及静环的倾斜对端面的压强分布、密封性能影响显著,使端面间隙由外径向内径形成收敛型,周向波度及端面最小膜厚发生变化,流体动静压的共同作用导致开启力、泄漏率增加,液膜刚度下降;同时,密封性能受操作参数的影响明显。
Taking the wave seal as an example, a three-dimensional fluid-structure interaction analysis model of the hydrodynamic-type mechanical seal considering static ring inclination is established. The influence of the static ring inclination, the elastic deformation of the seal ring on the pressure distribution and the sealing performance of the end face At the same time, the structural parameters and operating parameters were changed to study its influence on the elastic deformation of the end face. The results show that the elastic deformation and the inclination of the stationary ring have a significant effect on the pressure distribution and sealing performance of the end face. The end face gap converges from the outer diameter to the inner diameter, and the circumferential waviness and the minimum film thickness on the end face change. Open force, the leakage rate increases, the stiffness of the liquid film decreased; the same time, the sealing performance is significantly affected by the operating parameters.
