本文首先对大学城构建低利用率文献区域性合作存储库的必要性进行了详细分析,重点介绍了构建过程中合作存储库的选址、建设条件及管理等主要内容,然后针对构建过程中须注意的问题提出具体处理策略,如建立馆藏电子联合目录以支撑储存库的合作运行;建立均衡机制以有效协调合作存储库中各成员馆之间的利益关系;妥善处理各成员馆权利与义务的关系等。笔者希望以此为契机,推动我省区域性低利用率文献存储库的构建和发展。
This paper first analyzes the necessity of building regional cooperation repositories of low utilization literature in college towns, and then introduces the main contents such as site selection, construction conditions and management of the cooperation repositories during the construction process. Then, Attention should be paid to specific handling strategies, such as establishing a joint electronic catalog of holdings to support the cooperative operation of repositories; establishing a balanced mechanism to effectively coordinate the interests of the member libraries in the cooperative repository; properly handling the rights and obligations of member institutions Relationship and so on. The author hopes to take this as an opportunity to promote the construction and development of regional low utilization literature repositories in our province.
