苏霍姆林斯基总结巴甫雷什中学办学经验时曾明确指出:“形成一个校长、教师、学生、家长四位一体的和谐教育集体”是成功办学的重要条件之一,并道出学校和家庭是“一对教育者”的名言。前者不仅将教育者和受教育者提了出来,而且将家长放在了教育集体里面,可见家长也是不可忽视的教育者;而后者更直截了当地提出了家庭教育所处的重要地位。既如此,怎样优化家庭教育环境积极开发家庭教育资源这个问题,就值得我们认真来思考了。简单地说,是怎样运用其独特的功能具体地实施家教。
Suhomlinski summed up the experience of running a school in Babulesh once explicitly pointed out: “The formation of a harmonious collective of principals, teachers, students and parents” is one of the most important conditions for successful running of the school. Out of school and family is the saying of “a pair of educators.” The former not only brought up educators and educated people, but also placed parents in the educational collective. This shows that parents are also indispensable educators; the latter puts more bluntly the important position of family education. Therefore, we should seriously think about how to optimize the family education environment and actively develop family education resources. In short, how to use their unique features specific tutoring.
