一 群众出版社最近出版的《争取把更多的案件处置在始发阶段》一书,是一部既富有学术价值,又富有指导作用的公安理论著作。此书作者是浙江省警察学会常务副会长、《公安学刊》编委会副主任蔡杨蒙同志。这是他继《反暴力犯罪》与《刑事侦察大视野》出版后又陆续撰写的一本公安理论研究文集,其中有关于刑侦工作指导方针问题的研究,有关于刑侦体制和机制问题的研究,有关于犯罪对策和侦破方法的研究,有关于刑侦队伍建设问题的研究,还有关于禁毒工作以及公安协作问题的研究。
