如何贯彻中央的八字方针?在当前就是把调整抓好。以调整为中心,提高经济效果。武汉市的财政在七六年以前五年都是赤字,七六年亏八千多万,七七年降到五千八百多万,七九年抓了调整扭亏增盈了。七九年关停并转有十七户,汉钢与汉轧合并前,一年要亏六百万到八百万,合并这一年,不但不亏,还赚了五百多万。八○年关停并转又有十五户,经济效果也比较显著。下一步的调整,如果上上下下解决了认识上的问题,减少阻力,工作就好做了。—个企业如果原料无来源,产品无销路,质量不过关,坐在那里没事干,而那个企业的领导部门却仍要继续办下去,好象放下了,我这个努力就小了。这就是阻力.因此,八一年的任务是艰巨的,但我们还是有信心继续搞下去,因为市委。市人民政府是支持的。
