一、前言甘薯为我国主要食粮之一,近年来由于黑斑病的为害,在贮藏中的腐烂损失很大。国内外虽曾进行了不少研究,但并未找到经济有效的防制办法。1960~1961年间作者在广州应用抗菌剂401与甘薯混藏,发现有减少腐烂的作用。嗣后上海与浙江省粮食厅粮食科学研究所采用并改进了这个方法,在大量的调运与贮藏试验中进一步肯定了药剂的效果。根
I. Preface Sweet potato is one of the main foodstuffs in our country. In recent years, due to the damage of black spot disease, the rot loss in storage is very big. Although many studies have been conducted both at home and abroad, no effective and economical solution has been found. From 1960 to 1961, the author applied the antibacterial agent 401 and sweet potato in Guangzhou and found that it has the effect of reducing decay. Later, Shanghai and Zhejiang Foodstuffs Institute of Food Science adopted and improved this method, in a large number of transfer and storage tests to further confirm the effect of the agent. root
