采用固定化胆碱氧化与过氧化氢电极构成酶电极生物传感器测定血清或全血中胆碱酯酶活性，反应时间４０ｓ，样品量５０μＬ，经用化学法对比测定有机磷中毒动物全血的胆碱脂酶活性，两法之间无显著差异。
The immobilized choline oxidation and hydrogen peroxide electrode were used to form the enzyme electrode biosensor to measure the activity of cholinesterase in serum or whole blood. The reaction time was 40s and the sample volume was 50μL. By chemical method, Alkaline lipase activity, no significant difference between the two methods.
