一、关于住房合作社住房合作社在19世纪中叶产生于法国、英国、丹麦等欧洲国家,第二次世界大战后迅速发展到世界几十个国家。住房合作社已成为欧美国家中的一种重要的住宅形式,而且被视为解决低收入阶层住房的最佳途径之一。据国际合作社联盟统计,住房合作社已遍布五大洲四十多个国家,达7万多个,拥有社员达2000万户左右。它不仅在西方国家相当普遍,而且在发展中国家也有很大的发展。
