报告40例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者服用小剂量阿斯匹林前后血浆TxP_2和6-酮-PGF_(1a)改变,发现糖尿病患者血浆TxP_2均高于正常人,其中并发微血管并发症患者TxB_2升高更为明显。用小剂量(150mg/d)阿斯匹林15天后,这些患者血浆TxB_2均有降低,没有并发微血管并发症的患者TxB_2降至正常人水平,有微血管并发症患者TxB_2仍高于正常人水平。6-酮-PGF_(la)也有类似改变,但它不是升高,而是降低,用药后有所上升。所有患者血糖、血脂、血液流变学均无明显改变,作者认为对糖尿病患者早期服用小剂量阿斯匹林能改善血小板花生四烯酸代谢异常。
The changes of plasma TxP_2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1a) in 40 type Ⅱ diabetic patients before and after taking low-dose aspirin were reported. The TxP_2 in plasma of diabetic patients was higher than that in normal people, and the increase of TxB_2 in patients with concurrent microvascular complications was more obvious. After 15 days with a small dose of aspirin (150 mg / d), TxB_2 in plasma decreased in all patients, TxB_2 decreased to normal level in patients without microvascular complications, and TxB_2 in patients with microvascular complications was still higher than that in normal subjects. 6-keto-PGF_ (la) also had similar changes, but it is not increased, but decreased, increased after treatment. All patients with no significant changes in blood glucose, blood lipids, hemorheology, the authors believe that early treatment of diabetic patients with low-dose aspirin can improve platelet arachidonic acid metabolism.
