目的分析下肢静脉疾病应用数字化X线下肢静脉造影录像诊断的临床价值。方法选择60例该院2016年1月-2017年6月收治的下肢静脉系统疾病患者,所有患者均给予数字化X线下肢静脉造影录像,分析其诊断结果。结果 60例患者均顺利完成下肢静脉造影,其中单侧下肢病变54例,双侧下肢病变6例。深静脉血栓形成所占比重为31.82%,原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全占比27.27%,左骸总静脉受压综合征占比24.24%,深静脉血栓形成后综合征占比9.09%,静脉瘤样病变和先天性静脉发育异常所占比重均为3.03%,单纯性隐股静脉瓣膜关闭不全占比1.52%。结论数字化X线下肢静脉造影录像能够对下肢静脉疾病进行直观、动态观察,有助于临床鉴别诊断各种下肢静脉疾病,从而为临床下肢静脉疾病诊治提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of digital X-ray venography in the diagnosis of venous diseases of the lower extremities. Methods Sixty patients with venous system diseases of the lower extremities admitted from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were enrolled. All patients were given digital X-ray venography and their diagnostic results were analyzed. Results All the 60 patients successfully completed the venous angiography of lower extremity, including 54 cases of unilateral lower extremity disease and 6 cases of bilateral lower extremity lesion. Deep venous thrombosis accounted for 31.82%, primary deep venous valve insufficiency accounted for 27.27%, left ventricle total vein compression syndrome accounted for 24.24%, deep venous thrombosis syndrome accounted for 9.09%, the vein Tumor-like lesions and congenital venous dysplasia accounted for 3.03% of the total, simple hernia valve insufficiency accounted for 1.52%. Conclusions Digital X-ray venography can visualize the venous diseases of the lower extremities visually and dynamically, which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of various lower extremity venous diseases. It provides an important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity venous diseases.
