目前,很多职业技术学院为适应经济社会发展和经济增长方式的转变,提出了晋升本科的发展目标。职业技术学院晋升本科,关键在于师资队伍的提升。本文以巴音郭楞职业技术学院为例,对职业技术学院师资队伍建设的现状以及存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出对职业技术学院师资队伍建设发展的思路。
At present, many vocational and technical colleges have proposed the development goal of undergraduate promotion in order to adapt to the transformation of economic and social development and the mode of economic growth. Vocational and Technical College promotion undergraduate, the key lies in the upgrading of teaching staff. Taking Bayinguoleng Vocational and Technical College as an example, this article makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the faculty construction in vocational and technical colleges, and puts forward the train of thought for the construction and development of faculty in vocational and technical colleges.
