采用反射仪法测定不同土壤、施肥条件下烤烟不同生育期叶脉硝酸盐含量 ,研究了取样部位和栽培条件对烟叶硝酸盐含量的影响 ,硝酸盐含量和烤烟氮、烟碱等化学成分的关系。烟草不同生育期第一平展叶脉硝酸盐含量依次受施氮量 >土壤性质 >移栽期 >生育期的影响。烤烟移栽后 2 0~ 30d烤烟叶脉硝酸盐含量与施肥量、采收期烟叶硝酸盐含量、烤后烟叶氮和烟碱含量有显著的相关性。该方法适用于烤烟中硝酸盐快速监测 ,代替全氮测定作氮素营养快速诊断和根据烟叶目标产量、目标质量 (氮、烟碱含量等 )进行追肥推荐的依据。
The nitrate content in leaves of flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages under different soil and fertilization conditions was measured by reflectometry. The effects of sampling sites and cultivation conditions on the nitrate content of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The relationships between nitrate content and nitrogen, nicotine and other chemical components in flue-cured tobacco were also studied. The nitrate content of the first flattened leaf veins at different growth stages was affected by the amount of nitrogen application> soil properties> transplanting period> growth period. The nitrate content of flue-cured tobacco leaf veins at 20-30 days after transplanting was significantly correlated with the amount of fertilizer applied, the nitrate content of the flue-cured tobacco leaves at harvest, and the contents of nitrogen and nicotine in the flue-cured tobacco leaves after transplanting. The method is suitable for the rapid monitoring of nitrate in flue-cured tobacco instead of the rapid determination of nitrogen for determination of total nitrogen and the basis for recommendation of top-dressing according to the target yield of tobacco leaves, the target quality (nitrogen, nicotine content, etc.).
