锗浓度对蛹虫草锗的积累和多糖化锗生物转化合成的影响

目的:研究不同锗浓度对蛹虫草锗的积累和多糖化锗生物转化合成的影响。方法:采用固体培养和液体培养方法。结果:对于子实体来说,当锗浓度为200 mg/L时,蛹虫草子实体的生物量最大;锗浓度为300 mg/L时,子实体多糖化锗的生物转化合成量最多;锗浓度为250 mg/L时,子实体有机锗转化率最高。对于菌丝体来说,当锗浓度为250 mg/L时,蛹虫草菌丝体的生物量最大;锗浓度为150 mg/L时,菌丝体多糖化锗的生物转化合成量最多;锗浓度为200 mg/L时,菌丝体有机锗转化率最高。结果显示锗浓度在150~300 mg/L时,比较适合蛹虫草锗的积累和多糖化锗的生物转化。蛹虫草子实体富锗能力比菌丝体强。结论:不同锗浓度能显著影响蛹虫草锗的积累和多糖化锗的生物转化(P<0.05)。这一实验结果可为蛹虫草子实体的富锗栽培和开发利用提供参考。 Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of germanium on the accumulation of germanium in Cordyceps militaris and the bioconversion of polysaccharide germanium. Conclusion: Different concentrations of germanium can significantly affect the accumulation of germanium in Cordyceps militaris and the bioconversion of polysaccharide germanium (P <0.05). The results of this experiment can provide a reference for the cultivation and development and utilization of germanium rich in Cordyceps militaris.
