据统计全国节育手术中,每年子宫内放置节育环人数约占落实措施总数的50％以上,其中绝大多数是放置金属节育环。这表明宫内放置节育环,是一种筒便、经济、安全、有效的避孕方法,因而在国内广泛采用,深受群众欢迎。但尚有极少数术者由于责任心不强或技术原因,在安环手术中造成子宫壁穿破,导致节育环移位发生。我院近20多年来,收治节育环移位13例,大多经手术治愈出院(见附表)。现就异位的诊断、鉴别诊断与治疗等问题筒要讨论如下。 According to statistics, there are more than 50% of the total number of birth control rings placed in utero every year in the national birth control surgery. The vast majority of them are placed metal IUD. This shows that intrauterine placement of birth control rings is a convenient, economical, safe and effective method of contraception, which is widely used in the country and is well received by the public. However, there are very few surgeons who, due to their low sense of responsibility or technical reasons, cause perforation of the uterine wall during Surgical Surgeries, resulting in displacement of the birth control ring. Nearly 20 years in our hospital, treatment of birth control ring shift in 13 cases, mostly cured by surgery (see Schedule). Now on the ectopic diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment and other issues to be discussed as follows.
