淋巴结转移是胃癌的主要转移方式,正确诊断及评估胃周淋巴结病变的情况对胃癌预后及转归有重要意义,而DWIBS是MR功能成像的一种新技术,借助ADC值可以从分子水平反映淋巴结病变的性质。就DWIBS的成像原理及胃癌转移淋巴结的应用现状作一综述。
