1 状态维修技术 状态维修技术(Condition Based Maintenance)其包涵可靠性为中心的维修技术(RCM)和预测维修技术(PDM)。状态维修技术始于20世纪60年代,在西方发达国家这2项技术最初是应用于航空航天系统,后来移植应用于核电站设备的维修,近年已成功地用于发电厂设备的维修,并正在用于输变电设备的检修。国外状态维修技术的应用领域在不断延伸,为电工、化工、冶金等连续生产性强、自动化程度高的企业安全、稳定生产提供了有利的保障手段。
