The spectral data of N- {2 (1H-pyrrolylmethyl)} N’- (4-penten-3-one-2) -1,2-ethanediamine (MRP20) Which is consistent with the theoretical value. MRP20 can be reduced with stannous tin (~ 99m) TcO (Ⅲ) at room temperature to form a complex with labeling rate and radiochemical purity more than 90%.
