本文从工业环境出发,在研究基于VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol,网络电话)的调度系统的前提下,针对调度台界面单调,调度过程乏味等问题,提出个性化设计方案。主要从以下两个方面入手:一方面根据对调度员语音的性别识别,自动调整调度台界面风格;另一方面根据调度台对各个终端的关注度,建立用户关注度分析列表。以此设计出更人性化、更适合每一个调度员和调度环境的调度台。
Starting from the industrial environment, this paper proposes a personalized design solution to the problem of monotone console interface and tedious scheduling process under the premise of researching the scheduling system based on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Mainly from the following two aspects: On the one hand according to the voice of the dispatcher voice recognition, automatically adjust the dispatch console interface style; the other hand, according to dispatch station’s attention to each terminal to establish user attention analysis list. In order to design a more humane, more suitable for each dispatcher and scheduling environment scheduling station.
