1999年12月14日上午10时,台海空军3架幻影2000-5型战斗机从新竹空军基地起飞,实施由雷达导引的拦截空战训练。其中2架是双座的幻影2000-5Di型,1架是单座的Ei型。驾驶单座机的是分队长江金亮少校。他们的演习,开始比较顺利,三机在台湾以东花莲外海上空12000米的高度,完成拦截演习科目。地面指挥人员命令三机编队重复进行一次训练。上午10时53
At 10 a.m. on December 14, 1999, three Phantom 2000-5 fighters of the Taiwan Strait Air Force took off from the Hsinchu Air Base and conducted radar-based interceptor air combat training. Two of them are two-seater Phantom 2000-5Di models and one is a single-seat Ei model. Driving a single plane is the main unit of the Yangtze River Jin Liang. Their exercises started relatively smoothly. The three aircraft completed an interception exercise at a height of 12,000 meters above the sea off Hualien, east of Taiwan.
