本文分析了我国高校基建合同管理存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。要健全合同审签制度,避免基建合同纠纷;规范合同时限条款,及时补充未约定事项;加强施工合同管理,控制高校基建工程造价;强化审核合同内容,确保合同条款顺利执行。
This article analyzes the existing problems of infrastructure contract management in colleges and universities in our country and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is necessary to improve the system of examination and approval of contracts and avoid disputes over infrastructural contracts, regulate the time limits of contracts and replenish unspecified matters in a timely manner, strengthen the management of construction contracts and control the cost of infrastructural projects in colleges and universities, and strengthen the examination of contractual contents to ensure the smooth execution of contractual provisions.
