文章针对承压设备常用铁磁性材料的腐蚀缺陷,进行了低频交流励磁检测方法的仿真和试验。基于低频交流励磁方法的仿真模型,分别研究了腐蚀缺陷位于上下表面时,缺陷深度变化对检测结果的影响。研究得出了磁场的幅值与相位值随缺陷深度的变化规律并进行了试验验证。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果趋势相符。
Aiming at the corrosion defects of commonly used ferromagnetic materials in pressure equipments, the simulation and experiment of low frequency AC excitation detection methods are carried out. Based on the simulation model of low frequency AC excitation method, the influence of the depth of defect on the detection results is studied respectively when the corrosion defects are located on the upper and lower surfaces. The variation of the amplitude and phase of the magnetic field with the defect depth has been studied and verified by experiments. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the trend of the test results.
