陆浑水库大坝为粘土斜墙砂卵石壳坝,斜墙上铺设反滤料及混凝土块,由于风浪淘刷,反滤层移动变形,进而使混凝土块沉陷,严重影响工程安全。2012年,对迎水坡混凝土块护坡部位进行处理,为了不破坏粘土斜墙,在施工中加强管理,严密施工,按时高质量完成施工,消除了工程隐患,并发挥了良好的效益。
