随着我国经济改革的不断深入,推动文化大繁荣、满足人民群众不断增长的文化需求的任务变得越来越迫切。艺术院校的学生也承担着未来文化建设和发展的历史使命。因此,提高艺术类学生文化素养,加强文化课教育,推动文化课教师专业发展,是关系我国文化艺术事业可持续发展的大事。文章依据教育社会学理论,将因素分析与过程分析相结合,对影响艺术院校文化课教师专业发展的因素进行研究,为文化课教师专业发展提供合理有效的策略性建议。
With the deepening of China’s economic reform, the task of promoting cultural prosperity and meeting the ever-increasing cultural needs of the people has become increasingly urgent. Art college students also undertake the historic mission of the future cultural construction and development. Therefore, it is a major event that relates to the sustainable development of China’s cultural and artistic undertakings to improve the literacy of arts students, strengthen the education of the culture class and promote the professional development of teachers in the culture class. Based on the theory of educational sociology, this article combines factor analysis and process analysis to study the factors that affect the professional development of cultural teachers in art colleges and universities, and provides reasonable and effective strategic suggestions for teachers’ professional development in cultural classes.
