采用病因模拟法建立小儿厌食症动物模型,放免测定该模型血浆和胃窦部β-内啡肽含量,探讨运脾复方儿宝颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的机制。结果表明;模型动物血浆和胃窦部β-内啡肽的浓度明显降低,运脾复方能显著增加胃窦部和血浆中β-内啡肽的浓度。提示β-内啡肽在小儿厌食症发病中起一定作用,运脾复方可通过促进外周β-内啡肽的分泌,达到改善食欲的治疗效果。
Animal model of pediatric anorexia was established by etiological modeling, β-endorphin content in plasma and gastric antrum was determined by radioimmunoassay, and the mechanism of Yunpi Compound Erbao Granule in treating pediatric anorexia was studied. The results showed that the concentration of β-endorphin in the plasma and gastric antrum significantly decreased in the model animals, and the spleen-invigorating compound can significantly increase the concentration of β-endorphin in the gastric antrum and plasma. Tip β-endorphin in the pathogenesis of pediatric anorexia play a role, the role of the spleen through the promotion of peripheral β-endorphin secretion, to improve the therapeutic effect of appetite.
