天麻(Gastrodia elata BL.)是我国著名的常用中药之一,具有平肝息风、止痉之功效,临床用于治疗头痛眩晕、肢体麻木、小儿惊风、癫痫抽搐、高血压、破伤风症等。天麻素是天麻中的主要有效成分,具有镇静、抗惊厥等药理作用。药典及许多现代天麻制剂皆以天麻素含量作为质量指标。现将近年来有关天麻素定量方法作一综述,为天麻制剂质量控制提供参考。
