阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症(OSAS)的发生与睡眠中上呼吸道的肌肉松弛引起气道阻塞有关。而颏舌肌是主要的咽部扩张肌,与睡眠中气道阻塞有关。1984年Riley开始以颏舌肌颏结节复合体前移术来治疗OSAS,手术使颏舌肌张力增加以限制睡眠中出现舌后坠。术者采用颏部下颌骨矩形截骨和颏舌肌前移(GA)治疗OSAS。本研究旨在评价这种手术的精确性。
Occurrence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and sleep in the upper respiratory tract muscle relaxation caused by airway obstruction. The genioglossus is the major pharyngeal dilator, and sleep-related airway obstruction. In 1984, Riley began treating OSAS with anterior approach of the genioglossus and nodule complex. The operation increased the genioglossus muscle tension to limit the occurrence of tongue fall after sleep. The surgeon used mandibular rectangular osteotomy and genioglossus anterior (GA) treatment of OSAS. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of this procedure.
