目的探讨分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗方法。方法采用药物保守治疗联合鼓膜置管术的综合疗法对59例(67耳)分泌性中耳炎患者进行治疗观察。结果治疗后30 d内作纯音测听复查,所有患者治疗前后各频率纯音听阈比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经1~12个月随访,本组痊愈56耳,显效8耳,无效3耳,总有效率95.5%。结论药物保守治疗联合鼓膜置管术的综合疗法疗效确切,是分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗方法。
Objective To explore the effective treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods 59 cases (67 ears) of secretory otitis media were treated by conservative treatment combined with tympanic membrane catheterization. Results All patients were examined by pure tone audiometry within 30 days after treatment. The pure tone hearing thresholds of all patients before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05 or P <0.01). After 1 to 12 months of follow-up, the group recovered 56 ears, markedly effective 8 ears, 3 ears ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.5%. Conclusions The conservative treatment combined with tympanic membrane catheterization is an effective treatment for secretory otitis media.
