在大型组织中总会存在一些看起来不需要承担风险和责任的职位,即所谓的虚职。虚职会对组织产生一系列的不利影响,但它的存在依然有其本身的价值。其实一个组织起初的职位全部都有本身的职责,但随着组织的发展,由于各种原因,虚职产生了。本文即是对虚职产生原因做一些探讨,意在使组织的领导者了解虚职产生的规律,发挥其积极的作用,尽量降低其对组织的不利影响。
There are always posts in large organizations that do not appear to require risk and responsibility, the so-called trickery. A virtual job poses a series of adverse effects on the organization, but its existence still has its own value. In fact, all the initial positions of an organization have their own responsibilities, but as the organization develops, due to various reasons, virtual office has arisen. This article is to do some research on the causes of virtual duty, which aims to make the leaders of the organization understand the law of virtual duty, play an active role in minimizing the adverse impact on the organization.
