在网络化市场关系和信息化环境下,组织之间的依赖程度大大加强,信息资源的流动性增加,有形的市场壁垒降低,组织面临着新的机遇和挑战。如何增强组织间的合作与协同,是所有组织面临的共同问题。本文从哲学、系统论、组织与环境的关系等多方面对组织间关系的协调进行了探讨,由此得出组织间关系协调的基本方法,从而为组织发展提供了新的理论视角与观点。
Under the networked market relation and information environment, the reliance among organizations is greatly enhanced, the liquidity of information resources is increased, the visible market barriers are reduced, and the organizations are facing new opportunities and challenges. How to enhance cooperation and cooperation among organizations is a common problem faced by all organizations. This article explores the coordination of inter-organizational relations from many aspects, such as philosophy, system theory, the relationship between organization and environment, and thus draws the basic methods for the coordination of inter-organizational relations, thus providing a new theoretical perspective and viewpoints for organizational development.
