在ANSYS软件中建立托辊辊皮与轴承座焊接件的有限元模型,施加约束和工作载荷后对其进行有限元分析,得到了位移及等效应力分布规律;探讨了提高辊皮刚度的方法,得到了增加圆环的数量对辊皮刚度的影响规律;最后采用在辊皮内增加两个圆环的方法,结果显示最大位移值减小了66.5%,最大应力值减小了84.8%,提高了辊皮的刚度,同时也使其应力分布更均匀,从而提高了托辊的使用寿命。
