一九八一年我厂围绕着增加品种、提高质量、降低消耗、提高炉龄等方面作了一些工作,取得一定的进展,现就工艺方面的情况简述如下。 一、喷吹法炉外脱硫试验 攀钢系采用钒钛磁铁矿冶炼,高炉脱硫能力低,供炼钢用的钒钛铁水含硫高,给转炉冶炼带来困难,产品品种、质量都受到限制。为此,建立了罐内顶喷脱硫工业性试验装置,于81年进行了三个阶段的试验,共在140吨铁水罐内进行了46次试验。每次处理铁水量80~110吨,脱硫效率最高达92.9%,最低终点含硫量可降到0.005%以下。
In 1981, our factory made some efforts to increase variety, improve quality, reduce consumption and improve furnace age. Some progress has been made.
