稻草生料大床栽培凤尾菇,室内外均可进行,方法简便,生产周期短,在适宜温度条件下,播种后菌丝14～16天即可长满菇床,21～23天出现幼菇,25～27天即采摘。较一般平菇生产周期缩短20～30天,培养料收得率高20～50％。
