目的了解甘肃省白银市中小学生食品安全知识的掌握现状和干预效果。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取白银市474名中小学生开展基线调查,对抽取学校的全体学生进行健康教育并评价效果。结果白银市中小学生健康教育干预前“关注食品安全问题相关常识”的知晓率33.76%,干预后知晓率44.16%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.26,P<0.05);干预前“认为食品安全对自己健康重要”的知晓率65.40%,干预后知晓率97.66%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=150.36,P<0.05);干预前对“饭前饭后、入厕后、咳嗽、打喷嚏或擤鼻子后应洗手”的知晓率18.78%,干预后知晓率32.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.05,P<0.05);干预前“知道学校内部发生食物中毒时正确的做法”的知晓率55.49%,干预后知晓率82.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=74.23,P<0.05);获知食品安全信息的途径主要是通过电视/广播(72.20%)、网络(58.20%),而学校宣传仅为37.10%。结论白银市中小学生对食品安全认知水平较低,对正确的食品安全卫生行为掌握不够;健康教育能够提高中小学生食品安全知识知晓率。
Objective To understand the status quo and intervention effects of food safety knowledge among primary and secondary school students in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method, 474 primary and secondary school students in Baiyin City were selected to carry out baseline survey. All the students who took the school were educated healthily and evaluated the effect. Results The awareness rate of primary and secondary school students before and after intervention was 33.76% and 44.16%, respectively, with significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 10.26, P <0.05) The awareness rate of 65.40% before and after “thought food safety is important to one’s own health” and 97.66% after intervention were statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 150.36, P <0.05) After the toilet, cough, sneeze or nose after washing should be aware of the rate of 18.78%, 32.71% after intervention awareness rate, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 23.05, P <0.05) 55.49% of the students knew the right way of food poisoning in school and 82.24% of them knew it after intervention (χ ~ 2 = 74.23, P <0.05). The way of knowing food safety information Mainly through television / radio (72.20%), online (58.20%), and school publicity only 37.10%. Conclusions There is a low level of knowledge about food safety in primary and secondary school students in Baiyin City, and inadequate mastery of proper food safety and hygiene behavior. Health education can improve the awareness rate of primary and secondary school students in food safety knowledge.
