应用大白菜7个自交系,采用Griffing双列杂交第一种方案,配制了49个杂交组合。运用数量遗传学实验分析方法,对其F1代14个主要农艺性状进行了分析。结果表明:14个主要农艺性状中,单株毛重、净菜率、球径、叶宽等8个性状,主要受特殊配合力影响,遗传以非加性效应为主;株幅和球形指数同时受两种配合力的影响;株高、球高、叶长、中肋长的一般配合力作用大于特殊配合力,遗传以加性效应为主。相关分析表明:球径决定于叶宽,叶宽与中肋长和厚度密切相关。在此项分析基础上初步选育出的4个优良杂交组合为:103×104,101×103,103×108和104×108。
Seven inbred lines of Chinese cabbage were used, and the first hybridization scheme of Griffing was used to prepare 49 hybrid combinations. Quantitative genetic analysis was used to analyze 14 major agronomic traits in F1 generation. The results showed that among the 14 main agronomic traits, the eight traits such as gross weight per plant, net vegetable yield, diameter and leaf width were mainly affected by the special combining ability, and the inheritance was dominated by non-additive effect. The effect of combining ability on plant height, bulb height, leaf length and midrib length was greater than the special combining ability. The inheritance was mainly additive effect. Correlation analysis shows that the ball diameter is determined by the leaf width, leaf width and the length and thickness of the rib are closely related. Based on this analysis, four excellent hybrid combinations initially selected were: 103 × 104, 101 × 103, 103 × 108 and 104 × 108.
