目的了解现代化消毒供应中心消毒员的现状,探讨消毒员管理、培训新思路。方法对30所二、三级医院消毒供应中心护士长进行问卷调查,了解消毒员的管理模式、基本素质、继续教育和实际工作能力。结果不同医院的消毒员管理模式各不相同,消毒员文化素质、工作能力差距大,70%的消毒员不能很好地胜任岗位工作;80%以上的消毒员没有接受过继续教育培训。结论通过完善消毒员的管理制度,加强消毒员的继续教育,提高CSSD护士长的管理能力,来提高消毒员知信行能力,保障无菌物品的灭菌质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection workers in modern disinfection supply center, explore the management of disinfection workers and train new ideas. Methods A total of 30 secondary and tertiary hospital disinfection supply center nurses conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the disinfection of the management model, the basic quality, continuing education and practical ability. Results There were different disinfection management modes in different hospitals. There was a big gap between the quality of disinfection staff and the ability to work. 70% of the disinfectants were not able to perform their job well. More than 80% of the disinfection workers did not receive further education and training. Conclusion By improving the management system of disinfection workers, strengthening the continuous education of disinfection workers and improving the management ability of CSSD nurses, the disinfection workers’ ability of knowing and hearing is improved and the sterilization quality of sterilized articles is guaranteed.
