一般药理试验表明,用592mg/kg的昆明山海棠提取物十二指肠给药对日本大耳白兔的呼吸、血压、心电及心率无明显影响。分别用987—220mg/kg量((1/3)-(1/13)LD_(50))灌胃大鼠,每天1次,连续61d,动物全存活。血液细胞学、血液生化学各指标均在正常生理值范围,与正常对照组相比无显著差异,病理镜检大剂量组对大鼠睾九生精细胞有明显影响,对肝汇管区、肾间质区有小灶性炎细胞浸润,停药1月后均恢复。
General pharmacological tests showed that the duodenal administration of 592 mg/kg Kunming Mountain Begonia extract had no significant effect on the respiration, blood pressure, ECG, and heart rate of Japanese rabbits. The rats were intragastrically administered with 987-220 mg/kg ((1/3)-(1/13)LD_(50)) once daily for 61 days and the animals survived. The blood cytology and blood biochemistry indicators were all within the range of normal physiological values, and there was no significant difference compared with the normal control group. Pathological microscopic examination of large dose group had a significant effect on rat testicular spermatogenic cells, and on the hepatic portal area and kidney. In the interstitial area, there was a small focal inflammatory cell infiltration, which was restored after stopping for 1 month.
