以无水葡萄糖和正癸醇为原料,使用复合催化剂,采用直接法合成了烷基糖苷,考察了催化剂用量、醇糖摩尔比、反应温度对苷化反应和产品收率的影响,确定了较为适宜的工艺条件:催化剂用量为物料总量的0.6%,醇糖摩尔比为6∶1,反应温度为110℃,此时反应时间仅为1.5h,癸基糖苷的收率可达95.7%左右,且得到的产品颜色较浅。
