根据国家人事部、新闻出版总署联合发布的《出版专业技术人员职业资格考试暂行规定》和新闻出版总署发布的《出版专业职业资格管理暂行规定》,2002年9月,我国举行了首次全国出版专业技术人员职业资格考试。这标志着我国正式建立了出版专业职业资格制度。这一制度将在我国出版业长期实施。
According to the Interim Provisions on the Professional Qualifications Examination for Publish Professionals and the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Professional Qualification of Publishing Profession issued by the State Press and Publication Administration and the General Administration of press and publication, in September 2002, China held its first national Published professional and technical personnel qualification examination. This marks the formal establishment of our country’s professional publishing system of professional qualifications. This system will be implemented for a long time in our publishing industry.
