1 故障现象:东芝2800XHV型71cm彩电水平一条亮线。检修过程:据用户说:“出故障这天湿度特别大,刚接通电源,只听“叭”的一声,就出现了水平一条亮线。”打开后盖,开机,发现机内高压嘴、聚焦线都有轻微打火现象。关机后用无水酒精擦之,并用电吹风吹干后,再开机故障未变,只是上述两处无打火现象。查场集成块28V电源电压,发现场电源保险电阻R327开路,场输出块IC303(AN5521)损坏。换上新的AN5521后测场电流为500mA。因对大屏幕彩电中场电流心中无效,估计这个数据差不多。更换R327后开
