西方混合市场经济国家的国有经济被定位为宏观调节的手段。从混合市场经济的内在机制和外在经济因素方面探讨这一定位的条件 ,指出国有经济的主要载体———国有企业对宏观经济进行调节的表现。
The state-owned economy in the western mixed market economy is positioned as a macro-adjustment measure. This paper discusses the conditions of this positioning from the internal mechanism and external economic factors of the mixed market economy and points out the performance of the state-owned enterprises in their regulation of the macroeconomy, which is the main carrier of the state-owned economy.
