香港清朝时属广州新安县(宝安县)辖,当时新安有八景,香港占其二。本世纪初叶,产生了香港十景,即:一.古刹钟声(九龙青山禅院);二.宋台凭吊(九龙宋玉台);三.残堞斜阳;四.香江灯火(香港岛夜景);五.小港夜月(维多利亚港);六.海国浮沉;七.筲箕夜泊(筲箕湾海面);八.升旗落日(太平山);九.西商夏兰(西环);十.松壑群猴(石梨贝)。 岁月流逝,如今这些景点,或已面目全非,或已名存实亡。如宋王台,
Hong Kong was a town under the jurisdiction of Xin’an County (Baoan County) in Guangzhou at the time of the Qing Dynasty.
