目的 :了解脑组织提取液对体外培养雪旺氏细胞的影响。方法 :酶消化法培养的雪旺氏细胞分为对照组和加脑组织提取液组 ,对细胞形态和数量进行观察比较。结果 :体外培养的雪旺氏细胞在加入脑组织提取液后细胞增殖加快 ,并出现细胞突起细长 (为对照组的 2～ 3倍 )、互相延伸等形态学改变。结论 :雪旺氏细胞在接触脑组织提取液后 ,表现为细胞增殖加快 ,突起生长明显的功能活跃状态。提示脑组织提取液中可能存在促雪旺氏细胞功能活跃的物质
Objective: To understand the effect of brain tissue extract on Schwann cells cultured in vitro. Methods: Schwann cells cultured by enzymatic digestion method were divided into control group and brain extract group. The morphology and number of cells were observed and compared. Results: The Schwann cells cultured in vitro enhanced the proliferation of cells after the addition of brain tissue extract, and the appearance of elongated cells (2 ~ 3 times of the control group) and morphological changes such as extension of each other. CONCLUSIONS: Schwann cells show a functionally active state with accelerated cell proliferation and prominent cell growth after exposure to brain tissue extract. Tip brain tissue extract may exist in promoting Schwann cells functionally active substances
