补精益视片对大鼠放射性视网膜氧化损伤的影响

目的探讨补精益视片对大鼠放射性视网膜病变氧化损伤的影响,为中医防治放射性视网膜病变及类似疾病提供一定的实验依据和新的研究思路。方法将90只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照地塞米松组及补精益视片高、中、低剂量共6组,每组15只。造模后正常饲养3个月,再连续灌胃治疗1个月,对照观察治疗后各组视网膜组织形态变化和视网膜SOD活性、MDA及ROS含量。结果治疗1个月后,(1)视网膜组织形态:地塞米松组和补精益视片各组视网膜较正常对照组无明显改变。(2)视网膜SOD活性、MDA及ROS含量:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组、地塞米松组、中药高、中、低剂量组SOD活性下降、MDA含量升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),ROS含量升高(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,地塞米松组、中药高剂量组SOD活性增强(P<0.01或P<0.05),ROS含量降低(P<0.01),地塞米松组MDA含量降低(P<0.05),中药高、中、低剂量组MDA含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。与地塞米松组比较,中药中、低剂量组ROS含量变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论补精益视片可通过提高SOD活性,降低ROS含量而减轻放射性视网膜病变的氧化损伤。 Objective To investigate the effect of Buijingyi film on oxidative damage of radiation-induced retinopathy in rats and to provide some experimental evidence and new research ideas for the prevention and treatment of radiation-induced retinopathy and its related diseases. Methods Ninety Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control dexamethasone group and Shenjingyisileng film in high, medium and low dose groups, with 15 in each group. The rats were maintained for 3 months after the model establishment, and then continuously treated by gavage for 1 month. The morphological changes of retina and the activity of retinal SOD, MDA and ROS were observed after treatment. Results 1 month after treatment, (1) retinal morphology: dexamethasone group and the level of the retina of the retina compared with the normal control group no significant change. (2) Retinal SOD activity, MDA and ROS content: Compared with normal control group, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA of model control group, dexamethasone group and traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly decreased (P <0.01 or P < 0.05), ROS content increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model control group, the activity of SOD in dexamethasone group and the traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05), the content of ROS reduced (P <0.01), the content of MDA in dexamethasone group decreased There was no significant change in the content of MDA in high, medium and low dose groups (P> 0.05). Compared with dexamethasone group, there was no significant change of ROS content in medium and low dose groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Jingjingyin film can reduce oxidative damage of radiation-induced retinopathy by increasing SOD activity and decreasing ROS content.
