该文针对三维海流观测困难及流场资料欠缺等问题,基于Argo温度和盐度观测资料,运用等密度面P矢量方法,对太平洋海区的三维流场进行了估算。该方法有效克服了常规直角坐标无法有效处理陡峭地形的缺点。试验结果表明:估算的流场可合理刻画太平洋流场的基本特征,包括赤道流系、边界流和西风漂流等海流以及沿黑潮分布的中尺度涡旋;该方法能够揭示大洋海水的垂直运动情况和大洋深层的反向流现象,为获取大尺度海洋三维流场信息提供了有效途径。
According to the observation data of Argo temperature and salinity and the P vector method of isopycluster surface, three-dimensional flow field in the Pacific Ocean is estimated. The method effectively overcomes the shortcomings that the conventional Cartesian coordinates can not effectively process the steep terrain. The experimental results show that the estimated flow field can reasonably characterize the basic characteristics of the Pacific flow field, including the equatorial stream system, the boundary flow and westerly drift currents, and the mesoscale vortex along the Kuroshio distribution. This method can reveal the vertical movement of the ocean water The situation and the deep ocean reverse flow phenomenon provide an effective way to obtain the large-scale oceanic three-dimensional flow field information.
