目的:探讨常规石蜡切片的前期处理对P~53基因产物免疫组化结果的影响以及P~53蛋白在冰冻切片的快速检测在良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选用49树良性病变组织和引例恶性病变组织作PS~53蛋白的检测,冰冻切片采用Envision法结合微波,常规石蜡切片选用S-P法。结果:两种方法表达率几乎一致,且恶性病变组织P~53蛋白的阳性率明显高于良性病变组织。结论:在冰冻切片中P~53基因表达的快速检测,对良恶性病变的鉴别诊断具有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of pre-processing of paraffin sections on the immunohistochemical results of P53 gene products and the application of rapid detection of P53 protein in frozen sections in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors. Methods: Forty-five benign lesions and malignant lesions were used for the detection of PS-53 protein. Envision method was used for frozen section combined with microwave, and routine paraffin section was selected for S-P method. Results: The expression rates of the two methods were almost identical, and the positive rate of P53 protein in malignant lesions was significantly higher than that in benign lesions. Conclusion: The rapid detection of P53 gene expression in frozen sections has guiding significance for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.
