在人才培养过程中,教育是关键,而教育又不是单方面的。家庭教育是学校教育的基础,学校教育是整个教育的关键,而社会教育是家庭教育和学校教育的延伸。作为一名教育工作者,在长期的教育实践中,我深刻体会到社会力量提供的教育对学校教育有非常大的补充作用。为健全学生品格,促进学生的发展,我校与校外社工组织携手开展了“共同托起明天的太阳”大型公益活动。这是一个面向学生、家长、老师开放的体验式的公益性爱心活 Education is the key in the training of personnel, and education is not unilateral.
