漫湾水电站自1986年5月起正式施工,克服了种种困难,目前工程进展顺利。导流工程与一些重要辅助企业正在全速进展,工程面貌日新月异。坝基及厂房开挖和厂、坝混凝土浇筑等土建工程和机电制造已全部定标。按施工总进度,今年底正式截流,将为漫湾工程施工迈出最有决定性的一步。笔者曾参与漫湾水电站工作多年,退休后对工程研究讨论机会少,情况与变化了解不深,但出于对工程的关心,愿提出一些想法。
Manwan Hydropower Station since May 1986 since the official construction, to overcome the difficulties, the project progressed smoothly. The diversion project and some important auxiliary enterprises are making progress at full speed, and the project looks different with each passing day. Dam foundation and plant excavation and factories, dam concrete pouring and other civil engineering and mechanical and electrical manufacturing have all been calibrated. According to the total construction progress, the official river closure by the end of this year will take the most decisive step for Manwan project construction. After I worked in Manwan Hydropower Station for many years, I did not know much about engineering research and discussion after retirement, but I do not know deep about the situation and changes. However, out of concern for the project, I would like to put forward some ideas.
